For me, reading is one of the best things you can do. There is nothing better than spending an afternoon curled up on the
sofa lost in a good book.
I am certainly not a book snob and I'm afraid the Classics are
not really my cup of tea - but from Harry Potter to a Mills & Boon and I'm a happy bunny.
The added bonus with reading is that it helps with my anxiety. When I am struggling, reading is my go to method in calming my mind.
This blog will highlight what I love about reading, book reviews, my quest to write my own book but also my ups and downs with my mental health. I'll also be covering TV series that I have recently binge watched as well as movies I've fallen in love with.
