I have always said I have never met a Jill Mansell book I didn't like, and this one was no exception. I just love Jill's books, they are almost like a comfort blanket for me.
This book tells the story about Essie and how one mistake changed the future that she had planned. As with most of Jill's stories, this is a story that is fully relatable, this could have happened to anyone. And her characters are people you could be friends with. Jill has a skill of weaving a story so you think you know how this romantic story is going to end and then she twists the story to keep you hooked.
For me, this was another unputdownable book and one that I was very glad to have with me on a work trip! Jill will also be my go to author and I would recommend her books to anyone that loves a romantic, funny read. Everyone needs a Jill Mansell book in their lives!
